DAHL
2000
In the setting-up of this show-room at the groundfloor and mezzanine of a XIX century palace in the historical centre of Massa the choice was that of mixing various languages and suggestions: even though the project is based only on a few elements, it does not want to adhere to the new minimalist style and tries to recover and join different and opposite themes such as essentiality and ornament (the essential lines of wall exhibitors of the cash-desk built according to the plan and modern-age objects by Charles and Ray Eames, Magistretti, Sarfatti), “order” and “disorder”, tradition and modernism, colour and no colour.
The project was published in “La Repubblica - D” n. 272, 2001, «Abitare» n. 425, 2003; S. Micheli, Negozi, Federico Motta Editore, Milan, 2004.
