The 4,5 hectare area lies near the tourist harbour of Puntone, now in build in the wonderful riviera of Tuscan Maremma. Here, a tourist luxury complex will hold 87 rooms and 29 tourist apartments with terraces or private gardens. A park with a large swimming pool, a wellness centre, a congress hall and a panoramic restaurant are part of the programme, too. In the external arrangements, the care for landscape express itself in the parking too, that is conceived as an extension of the hotel park.
